Are you tired of those beautifully shaped, rigid, yet fragile carbon frames?
When you're bombing down a concrete pump track, punishing a bench in the city park, or spinning a backflip on a slopestyle jump, the last thing you want to worry about is whether your frame will withstand the impact.
That's why we believe in steel. Whether your frame lands on rocks, concrete steps, or iron railings, the 4130 CrMo steel used to crush rocks in quarries will only get a scratch behind the ear. This steel monster with an extremely short rear triangle and steep head angle will shock you with its agility the moment you hit the first drop.

Cortez has a Spanish MID BB bottom bracket for 22 or 19 mm bearings. The frame can also be ordered with a BSA 68 mm version.
We chose Spanish MID BB because of the greater durability of the bearings and thus longer service intervals.
The seat tube has an inner diameter of 27.2 mm.

The rear axle measures 135 x 10 mm.
The Cortez is equipped with horizontal
dropouts with integrated tensioners, so any biker can easily mount the wheel and tension the chain.

The CNC-machined tapered head tube for semi-integrated headset ZS44/EC49 mm is reinforced to ensure that the frame can withstand even the toughest treatment.
Price for frame: from 607 EUR
